  • CREDIT CARDS

    We accept all major credit cards including, Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with us. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon processing your order.

     

  • MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER'S CHECKS, COMPANY CHECKS, AND PERSONAL CHECKS

    We accept money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 15 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed.

    We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.
    We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

  • Instructions for paying by cashier's check/money order

    Include a print out of your order form from our web site with payment to Sales@Wendows.com the
    Product will be shipped when the check clears.

    Note: Please write the order number on all payments. We also suggest sending the payment to online store. by Federal Express, UPS, etc. to track shipment more efficiently.
    No Saturday or Holiday Delivery.

     

  • SHIPPING POLICY

    We will ship your product to you by the best method available for your specific needs. You have the option of next day, second day, or ground shipping. Shipping charges are automatically calculated for you when placing an order. Total shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the all the items in your order. For any shipment that is refused, you will automatically be charged $25.00.

    We can process domestic orders only via the Web. For international orders, please e-mail to place an order with us.

    Note: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Shipments are subject to stock availability.

     

  • BACK ORDERS

    We automatically update our on-line store so that we may offer our members the most up-to date products available. Due to the popularity of some products, we may not always have an item in stock.

    We have included item availability on our product pages so that you will always know if the item is available. You may still place an order for out of stock items to ensure that you will be the first to receive the item once it becomes available.

    If your order is not in stock it will be placed on backorder and shipped when the item is available via UPS ground. You may cancel a backorder at any time prior to shipping by contacting order processing at Overage.Caims.

     

  • RETURN POLICY

    If your product becomes defective within the first thirty (30) days after the invoice date, you may return it for a refund, or an immediate replacement. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department via email or the world wide web within thirty days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    No returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number. will not accept any opened Software returns, except for same-item exchange only.

    The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return.

    will only offer a refund or replacement on unopened items. Defective items may be returned for a same-item exchange only.

    will offer a full refund on any unopened product returned within the first 30 days of invoice.

    All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. Extended warranties are sometimes offered directly through the manufacturer; please contact them if you are interested in purchasing an extended warranty. In order to receive full credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.

    All items being returned must be received in our warehouse within 10 business days (two calendar weeks) of receipt of your RMA number and return instructions. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or complete forfeiture of your credit.

     

  • REPLACEMENT POLICY

    Thank you for your purchase! is confident in the quality of our products. If you have received a defective product please contact our returns department within 30 days at to request a replacement.

    Please refer to the following instructions when sending your original item back:

    All items must be in original condition with all packing material, manuals, software, and registration card(s).

    Remember to include your packing slip from the original order.

    You must write your RMA number on the outside of the package. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return.

    Return your package to the address listed below. You must send your package(s) via UPS, Federal Express, or other delivery service with tracking information. (Don't send your package(s) via the U.S. Mail.)

    All shipping and handling must be prepaid by the customer.

  • MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

    All of our products are covered by a 30-day Money Back Guarantee against defects. For a return or replacement of your product please contact our customer service department at   via the world wide web for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and a refund of the original purchase price of the item, excluding shipping and handling charges. You must return the product in original condition at your expense including packaging, documentation and, if applicable, its blank warranty card.
    Opened items and special order items may only be returned for a replacement and not for any refund. Void after 30 days of invoice date.
    Any defective products must be returned within 30 days of invoice date for replacement or refund.
    Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded.
    In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.

    The RMA is valid for 10 days from date of issuance. The RMA number must appear on your return packing label. Please do not write on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA. Please contact customer service before you make a return. No returns will be accepted without an accompanying authorization number and a copy of the original invoice.

  • RMA Policy:

     

    1. We will not accept any returns without an RMA number.
    2. Requests for RMA numbers must be made within 30 days of the invoice date via email only.
    3. Please allow at least 2 business days for an RMA # to be issued
    4. RMA numbers are good for 10 days.
    5. All items must be in original condition with all packing material, manuals, items, and registration card(s).
    6. Remember to include your packing slip from the original order.

    9. The customer must prepay all shipping and handling.

    11. Please allow 2-4 weeks for credit to clear.
    12. For replacements, you will need to place a new order, select personal check as the payment method and email the new and original order number, along with the RMA number, to When the original item is received, the new order will be released.
    13. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement.

    Please contact order processing before you make a return. No returns will be accepted without an accompanying authorization number and a copy of the original invoice.

     

  • MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

    Anytime after the first 30 days of invoice, all repairs and replacements will be handled subject to the terms and conditions of the product warranties. Manufacturer's warranties vary on each product. Extended warranties are available directly from select manufacturers. Manufacturers information is subject to change without notice.
